    • Responsible for driving an $8M revenue target in D&B’s Global Major Customer business channel through three key product offerings: Risk Management Services, Sales and Marketing Solutions and Supply Management Solutions

    • Ensure over achievement through franchise ownership concept: monthly plan and review, weekly account alignments, and forecasting

    • Heavy customer contact via the phone and web to drive project retention, new business, up sell/cross sell opportunities, post sale implementation, ROI evaluation and overall customer satisfaction assurance
